Stressless kids: helping children find calm.

Give your child the gift of peace of mind. Our 3-week stressless kids program makes stress management fun, engaging, and easy to practice at home.

Students will learn:

  • Identify stressors-both positive and negative-and understand their impact on body, mind, and emotions!

  • Learn playful techniques like mindfulness, gratitude, journaling, and self-soothing!

  • Take home stress-buster activities after each session to keep the calm going all week.

Designed by a Certified Recreational Therapist, this class empowers kids with lifelong coping skills while keeping every activity lighthearted and enjoyable.
